About Me
I have tremendous respect and admiration for the work that happens in Manufacturing and even more for those who do it. Having spent nearly thirty years working in the Supply Chain, my heart has always pulled me to the place where value is most readily added – the incomparable Arena of the shop floor.
The complex intersection of (hu)man, materials, machines and methods presents an unrelenting challenge to those charged with running and improving any operation. In my experience, these challenges too often result in the system running the team, rather than the other way around. There is a better way.
I've chosen to spend the balance of my career doing what I love - helping to bring order to the chaos of inefficient operations and improving the work lives of the hard working, decent people who make manufacturing go.
